Jenny Landgren is the founder and CEO of NARA Communications, a behavioral scientist, leadership consultant, author and speaker, and the creator of Homecoming™ and the Inner Leadership Map™.
For more than 15 years, her work has taken place across the many layers of human and organizational life — from individual wellbeing and development to leadership, teams, groups and organizations.
Her background includes organizational health, leadership and team development, communication, stress management, crisis management, conflict resolution and organizational change.
Again and again, she has worked at the intersection between the individual and the system — seeing how people affect the environments they are part of, and how those environments in turn shape people’s capacity to live, relate, work and lead well.

THE ORIGIN OF NARA
Where professional understanding became deeply human.
The work behind NARA has been shaped not only by professional knowledge, but by years spent close to people navigating pressure, responsibility, change, conflict, difficult relationships and moments when the way forward was no longer obvious.
It has also been shaped by lived experience — by understanding what it means to adapt, to carry a great deal, to lose connection with yourself and to find your way back.
Across these different worlds, the same question kept returning:
What allows us to remain connected to ourselves — and access more of who we are and what we know

That question sits at the heart of NARA today.

Jenny is the founder and originating voice of the work. Over time, NARA is designed to grow beyond one person, with carefully aligned professionals able to carry the work forward within the same philosophy, values and standards.
The intention is not simply to grow larger. It is to create somewhere people and organizations can return to when pressure rises — a place where human development is taken seriously, people are deeply met and lasting change can begin from within.

With more than 15 years of experience across leadership, behavioral science, organizational consulting and individual development, Jenny Landgren brings an unusually broad perspective on the relationship between people and the environments in which they live and work.
Her career encompasses national and regional director positions, executive and organizational advisory, leadership consulting, university teaching in leadership and communication at the School of Engineering in Jönköping, and professional counseling within higher education.
Her organizational expertise includes strategic leadership advisory, executive and leadership-team development, crisis management, organizational change, conflict resolution, group dynamics, psychosocial work environments, communication, workplace relationships and complex organizational challenges.
Alongside her organizational work, she has supported thousands of individuals navigating burnout, recovery, emotional distress, difficult relationships, major life transitions, identity, self-trust, boundaries and consequential personal decisions.
This depth of experience across both organizational systems and individual human experience forms the professional foundation of NARA Communications and its approach to inner leadership and human capacity.
