QUESTIONS ABOUT WORKING WITH NARA
Homecoming™ is the signature journey at the heart of NARA — a way of bringing the NARA approach into lived experience. It creates space to understand yourself more deeply, strengthen inner leadership and nervous-system capacity, and bring greater awareness and choice into the way you live, relate and lead. Homecoming™ can be experienced by individuals as well as within teams and organizations, with the depth and application shaped to the context.
Inner leadership is the capacity to remain connected to yourself, understand your own patterns and impact, access what you know and make conscious choices — especially when pressure rises. It is relevant whether you are leading yourself, a team or an organization. It is less about position and more about the capacity from which you meet yourself, other people and what is happening around you.
No. Some people and organizations come to NARA because something is difficult, under pressure or no longer working. Others come because they recognize what they want to strengthen or what they want to make possible next. The work does not begin with the assumption that something is broken. It begins with curiosity about what is present, what matters and what greater capacity could make possible.
You do not need to know before you begin. You may immediately recognize yourself in one of the individual pathways, or several may speak to different parts of your experience. Begin with the pathway that feels most relevant to where you are now. If you are unsure, you are welcome to start a conversation and we can explore the most relevant next step together — including whether NARA is the right fit.
Individual journeys may be available at different levels of support. Self-Paced allows you to move through the work independently and in your own time. Guided adds personal guidance, reflection and interaction with Jenny along the way. Private offers a premium, deeply supported 1:1 experience shaped around you and what is unfolding in your life. Selected journeys are also offered as facilitated Group Journeys at particular times. Available ways to participate vary by journey.
No. NARA’s individual journeys are developmental and coaching-based experiences focused on self-awareness, inner leadership, nervous-system capacity and the way you live, relate and make choices. The work can touch deeply personal experiences and may complement therapeutic work, but it is not a replacement for psychological or medical treatment where that is needed.
You do not need to arrive knowing the solution. Some organizations know they are looking for a keynote, workshop or deeper development journey. Others begin with a challenge, transition or opportunity they want to explore. A conversation with NARA helps clarify what is happening, what you want to make possible and what depth of engagement is most relevant. If an existing format is not the right fit, a tailored engagement may also be considered.
Yes. The NARA approach provides a clear foundation, while the application is shaped around the people, context and purpose of the engagement. Before deeper organizational work, we clarify what is happening in the organization, what matters now and what the engagement needs to support. There is a map. But there is no formula.
Organizations come to NARA from different starting points. The work can support leadership and team development, organizational change, communication and collaboration, periods of pressure or transition, greater self-leadership and responsibility, and the development of stronger human capacity alongside changing organizational demands. The starting point may be something that needs attention — or something the organization is ready to strengthen for what comes next.
NARA approaches all work with care, discretion and respect for the people and organizations involved. In private work, what is shared is treated confidentially. In organizational and group settings, clear agreements are created around how personal experiences and information shared within the room are treated. Participants always retain choice over what they share. Information about clients or organizations is not publicly used or shared without agreement.
